
A calm, midwife-led Friday evening session to help you slow down, breathe, and feel steadier in your pregnancy — with a small local group and a safe, welcoming vibe.
Funded places are available for the next 4 weeks. After funding ends, sessions will be £15.
This isn’t “performance relaxation” — it’s a gentle space to rest, learn a simple calming technique, and leave feeling more grounded.
Mats and cushions are provided, drinks and light refreshments are available, and there’s free parking on site. Bring a blanket if you like — it helps you get extra cosy.
Everyone who attends the funded sessions is also invited to join a short free 6-week online programme designed to help you feel calmer, more informed, and more confident in appointments.
The online programme is there if you want it — you can dip in at your own pace. The in-person sessions stand alone too.
These sessions are led by Nickie Witcombe, a qualified midwife and hypnobirthing practitioner. The focus is on calm, evidence-informed support — alongside your usual NHS care.
You’ll never be pressured to share personal details. Come as you are. Rest is the goal.
